Euro Recovers in Thin Markets

The Euro traded up to 1.3563 in very quite New York action with American markets closed for the Martin Luther King holiday. The ten point range from  8:00 am to the close at 5:00 pm was the cap after Europe did most of the  work bringing the euro up from 1.3540, Friday's New York close to 1.3562. There are solid offers ranged above 1.3570 and the 100 day moving average at 1.3572 with more above 1.3600.

The euro is centered in the channel that began on December 30th with an upper limit at 1.3644 and a lower at 1.3447.
